This 0.16 acre former gas station has lost its commercial zoning privilege and reverts back to multi-family zone. In its current state, the garage would have to be removed so possible townhomes can be built. There is also a 0.05 acre lot behind the garage on the Drake Avenue side that is included in the sale making the total size of the property 0.21 acres. There is no guarantee for how many can be built but we believe that a minimum of two or possibly three townhomes can be built.
