I wish we could finally find a house with main level bedrooms & baths that can hold us, our guests & maybe that au-pair we talk about to help us out. Ductless air conditioning would be great too. Oh and I wish that we could find a really big bedroom for our king sized bed and furniture & still have space for a great walk-in closet. A clean & useful basement would be on the list too. It would have a workshop, tons of storage, places & spaces to use the way we wish to .and oh!
